Kma and Pops made the two hour trip from Prescott to Phoenix the night before and stayed overnight in a Hilton Garden Hotel so Kma would be rested and on time for her 7:00 a.m. flight to Costa Rica where she would participate in a Women’s Majesty retreat at the Rythmia Resort.
They woke up at 4:15 a.m. and were at the airport by 5:00 a.m. After dropping off Kma, Pops headed back to their home in Prescott to spend the day with their grandson while his mom attended classes. The 10 days that Kma would be away, would give time for Pops to spend some time with their grandson and make the final website adjustments before going to Boston to make some headlines for the Global Goals. He was especially hoping to catch the imagination, opinions, and hearts of teachers. He greatly respected teachers. He saw them as the liaisons between the young and older generations. They were the translators between what was known to the conceptual understanding of each age group. Pops believed in the Global Goals 100%, no ifs, ands, or buts. However, in addition to the 2030 Global Goals, there was still the mystery of life that keep the story moving forward. Pops tried to be as authentic as possible, putting all his questions and thoughts out to the all the peoples on planet Earth. Could others also live "confidently lost" in the mystery? What do political leaders talk about with their closest partners or spouses? Could a few lines in a poem bring about a renaissance of discovery? Pops wrote the following for the leaders of the world: What will they say about my lines? What will they say when it's their time? You will see who's wearing elegant robes And who is walking without their clothes And then you will have nothing to fear Because it will be very clear Who should be your emperor |
