The Moon and the Dawn had been chasing each other around the Earth for millions of years. They both had the same job of bringing light to Mother Earth. The Moon and the Dawn circled the Earth each day and when they would meet up, they would share the stories of what they saw the people on Earth doing. Since they both had been circling the Earth for millions of Moons they saw the progress humans were making in raising their consciousness and were delighted to share their stories with each other each day.
The Moon and the Dawn couldn't wait till each time they would see each other and listen to the new stories. They were captivated by each other's outlook on life on the blue planet and one day, when time seemed to stand still, the Moon asked for the Dawn's hand in marriage. They knew they made a great team in shining light. They knew that they could enhance each other as partners by reflecting the light of each individual human heart back to the primordial light. One evening, the Moon and the Dawn told a story to their grandson. It was a story that would take 12 Earth orbits around the Sun to tell. "Once Upon a Time the people of the beautiful blue planet Earth began to wake up from a long deep sleep that was often filled with fears, doubts, and loneliness. They were waking up to a new story they had all been dreaming about. Many people were beginning to dream with their eyes wide open. They had found the mystery, the infinite, the love inside of their hearts and were now searching the world to find others who found the same. As these people walked down the street, they glanced at each other with anticipation and if they locked gazes with each other, they would say in their hearts and with a subtle smile on their face, "Hello my brother, my sister, welcome to The Family. Welcome to our Global Dream." As the people began to wake up from their deep sleep, they realized that while they were sleeping, their public servants, whom they had elected to take care of all their basic necessities like protection, roads, and schools, had taken over their Mansion of Freedom. As the people got sleepy, they asked their servants for everything, and it wasn't before long they just asked for too much. As it is with the nature of good-intentioned public servants, they said, "Yes, I will do that." The people who woke up realized that while they were sleeping, their servants had tried their best but got them into wars they did not want, neglected their beautiful grounds, streams and ponds, and misused their money putting them in tremendous debt. The public servants were way over their heads. They couldn't do everything. The people who woke up realized that if they wanted their Mansion of Freedom to be the way they had originally imagined it, they would have to not only take care of it themselves, but take 100% responsibility for everything, and so they began telling a new story. They made it very clear to their public servants what was and wasn't expected of them. In 2015, the people presented a 15 year plan to all the people of Mother Earth and called it, “We the People for the Global Goals." They listed 17 goals and this became one of the best stories the world had ever told. Nothing like this had ever been done in the history of the Mother Earth. As of 2019, there are still 12 journeys around the Sun remaining for everyone to have the opportunity to be part of the greatest story ever told. |
