When Pops and Kma packed up the only belongings they owned into their Hyundai Santa Fe and left their white house they had just sold in Federal Way, Washington and began their journey to Prescott Arizona, they were filled with excitement. The drive would be a great opportunity to listen to Michelle Obama tell her story of "Becoming" on Pops' Audible app.
In an interview with Oprah, Michelle describes her story: "My journey is the journey of always continually evolving, that there is never a point where you arrive at a thing, and if you do, it's kind of sad. If you think there's a point in your life where you stop growing and stop learning that's sort of sad because what else is left? So I'm still becoming and I hope all of us know that we are constantly evolving. So this is the story of my journey of becoming and hopefully it will spark conversations among a lot of people, especially young people about what their journeys look like." Pops and Kma like her story as it is an excellent illustration of one's journey of constantly evolving. Pops and Kma love sharing their own personal journeys with each other and share what is exciting to them. At one time they thought they were going to become like the house flippers they saw on TV. They bought their White House in Federal Way at auction at the courthouse in Seattle with the intention of flipping it. They called their business "FOX Homes." FOX was an acronym for "Follow Our Xcitment," a term they got from Bashar, who channels messages from spirit. They wanted to always be in a state of excitement of the evolving process, and now they were excited for the story of how the global consciousness was evolving form a state of fear into a state of Love. In Yvonne Perry's book, "Light Language Emerging," she says, "The old paradigm is defined by guilt, separation, judgement, clinging, competition, us and them, right and wrong, God and us, human and spirit. The new paradigm is defined by connection, truth, love, playfulness, oneness, inner guidance, rebirth, peace, compassion, freedom, allowing, forgiveness, acceptance, confidence, community, receptivity, letting go, living fully present, and being comfortable with not knowing." Welcome to the family Michelle, Oprah, Yvonne, and book reviewer. |
