Pops woke up a bit later than usual. It was 5:25 a.m. Perhaps it was something to do with the snow.. He opened his blinds and took a look outside. The city had been transformed with a fresh blanket of white. He settled in for his three hour meditation and began to imagine all the Master Storytellers working together. After his meditation he read through the "Diary of a Principal" on his Academy of Peace website and made corrections. His Sweetie called and they both shared their latest excitement. She told stories of family, her session with a light worker, and readings on "The Luminus Light" and "The Liver Flush" and they went over website edits.
Pops and Kma talked of the movie "Jeff who Lives Downstairs." It was a movie of Jeff learning to read the signs. Pops felt it was something he was always trying to understand and interpret. Yesterday, "Wait" came up three times. He wondered why. When he set out to visit the Shaman, the Lyft driver didn't wait long enough and he missed his first ride. He was 15 minutes late for the Shaman and the group was gone. They didn't wait. He didn't blame them. They were supposed to be waiting on "Wait Street." As he looked out over the fresh new white landscape during his morning meditation there was a bright neon yellow sign down the road that said, "Slow." Pops was full of excitement to begin telling sharing the stories of The Master Storytellers, and the book that he and Kma wrote, but perhaps he would have to wait just a couple weeks longer. It was Paul Dunn's turn to appear on The Master Storytellers. It wasn't so much about Paul, but rather how his team at B1G1 is connecting businesses with the 17 UN Global Goals and telling the story of having an impact on the world. Pops dreams about the time when the teachers tell their students about the Global Goals. This will tie almost everyone together - parents, students, schools, and grandparents. He imagines a students seeing a poster of "Supporting Global Goal #14, Clean Oceans" on the front of a restaurant window and the student will say to his parents, "Let's help to clean the ocean today" and they will enjoy a pleasant family meal. It will become part of the buying decision. Welcome to the family B1G1.com |
